A small studio run by one person, so this is short.
What I collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional Instagram handle, and the details of the piece you're asking about. Nothing else is gathered about you.
Why I collect it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work and arrange an appointment. Your details are never sold, shared or used for marketing.
How long it's kept
Enquiries live in my email inbox. Anything that doesn't turn into a booking is deleted within twelve months. Records tied to a completed tattoo are kept as long as the law requires.
Reference images
Images you send by email or Instagram are used to plan your tattoo. Photographs of finished work may be posted publicly, and if you'd rather they weren't, just say so.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to me and it's done.
